We can work on installation projects based either on your own design specifications or on designs created by our own in-house team.

Once you get in touch with us, we’ll arrange a free survey at your site to better understand the problem you’re trying to solve, establish your specific needs and discuss your potential options. The survey will also allow us to design a system that’s specifically tailored to your site’s layout demands.

After gathering the data we need, we’ll use our specialist design software to develop a bespoke solution that meets all your requirements. We’ll then offer you a detailed quote for the project.

If you accept our proposal, we’ll set an installation date and assign you a dedicated contracts engineer as your direct line of contact for the duration of the project.

Once the installation is complete and final checks are made, we’ll give you a thorough demonstration of how to operate and maintain your new system along with a comprehensive manual.

Finally, our aftercare service team will offer you a maintenance and servicing package to ensure you continue to get the most out of your new system. We can offer you up to a 7-year warranty on parts thanks to our close relationships with leading manufacturers like Mitsubishi, Daikin and Toshiba (warranties subject to regular maintenance).
