When you contact our service department to report a problem, we’ll send out a qualified engineer to inspect it. Having assessed the issue, we will provide you with cost-effective options of how to fix it and offer you a quote for the necessary repairs.

Additional Technical Backup
In addition to reactive servicing and repair work, we also offer safe refrigerant removal, CFC replacement, and refurbishment and repositioning of existing equipment.
Rest assured that all our engineers are fully trained to carry out all types of work, including the safe handling of refrigerants. They also regularly attend manufacturers’ courses giving them a broad and up-to-date understanding of a range of equipment.
Our office-based service supervisor is always available over the phone to both engineers and customers for additional technical backup.

As well as providing you protection against equipment wear and tear and breakdowns, signing up for one of our maintenance packages will help prevent the disruption caused by system failure and the unwelcome emergency repair costs that come with it.
Maintenance Packages
Early Warning
We’ll provide regular maintenance visits and charge you for subsequent breakdowns and repairs at a favourable hourly rate.
Semi Inclusive
We’ll provide regular maintenance visits and take care of any breakdown and repair labour costs. You will only be charged for parts and materials used.
Fully Comprehensive
We’ll provide regular maintenance visits and cover the labour and parts needed for breakdowns and repairs.
Customisable Packages
You can customise any one of our maintenance packages to fit your specific needs, including add-ons like 24-hour cover and rapid response.
