New service and maintenance package
Oxford Refrigeration have placed an order with Protean Software for a new Service and Maintenance package.
For some time we have been looking at various options and products that would allow PDA engineer interface. Until now no product met our exacting needs particularly in managing large sites with large amounts of equipment.
Since the mid 1990’s, Protean have been helping companies involved in equipment supply, installation, maintenance and hire, to maximise their potential and their system does meet our requirements.
Built with proven Microsoft technology, Protean unshackles personnel from high levels of paperwork, releasing valuable time resources that can be better spent on more productive activities.
This is a large financial investment which when up and running will enable Oxford Refrigeration to provide our customers with an even more efficient service.
The system will become live early 2013 with updates to follow.
