The Client Brief
The site developer required an HVAC specialist to design and install energy-efficient heat pump air conditioning and heat recovery ventilation systems to the new outlet at the centre of the Heyford Park development.
Our Solution
We designed and installed the latest Daikin VRV IV heat recovery VRV systems and Daikin heat recovery Daikin ventilation systems. These systems are highly energy-efficient and can be controlled by a centralised controller. All bedrooms were linked to hotel cards for temperature setback when not in use to save even more energy.
We liaised carefully with the developer and other parties to provide a turnkey solution within a quick turnaround time.
The Results
The project was completed on time and within budget with a very happy client.
