Maintenance contract at Oxford-based pharmaceutical company
The Client Brief
Our client needed a cost-effective and flexible maintenance package that could adapt to their manufacturing shutdown periods. On-site equipment included comfort cooling air conditioning, coldrooms, water chillers and boilers.
Our Solution
We have worked with this client for several years, and we adjust our maintenance contract to cover any new equipment added to the site on an annual basis. The maintenance of our client’s equipment has been subject to greater scrutiny recently due to their involvement in the manufacture of Covid vaccines. To meet these new requirements, we were able to modify our procedures and how we record our work using our service software.
The Results
We are providing our client twice-yearly maintenance and breakdown support across all their mechanical services, including 24-hour call-out cover.
