New Installation Completed at Cumnor Hill, Oxford

ORAC were introduced to the client by the construction company Kogels of Abingdon who rebuilt their Cumnor Hill house recently. ORAC were asked to design and build a comfort cooling & heating air conditioning system to serve the kitchen/dining room and master bedroom.

We proposed a Daikin multi split heat pump system with one outdoor unit due to limited external space. A high wall mounted gloss white fan coil in the kitchen/dining room above a window and a discreet low level wall mounted fan coil in the master bedroom were put forward and installed. All external pipework is enclosed in black trunking to match the rain water pipes and the external unit is positioned on a new gravel base at the end of a flower bed.
