New Installation Completed at a High-end Residential Property in London

ORAC have just completed the air conditioning and ventilation refurbishment of a high-end residential property in London for one of our property developer clients.

All internal Daikin fan coils are enclosed in bespoke enclosures made by an Italian interior design company with slots for supply air and return air via hidden shadow gaps. A new Daikin chiller is sited within a roof mounted acoustic enclosure.

ORAC also installed a new heat recovery ventilation equipment and wine cellar temperature & humidity control system.
